- Return Period
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The returned item must be unused, in original packaging and with tags attached. - Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, the item must:
Contain all original packaging, accessories and instructions.
Be in unused and undamaged condition.
Be within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Items that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected for return.
- Refund Process
Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Once a Return Merchandise Authorization is obtained, please return the item to the address we specify (which will be provided after review).
You will receive a refund after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. - Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error or damaged item, we will pay for shipping. Please keep all shipping receipts for your reference. - Special Cases
